About Me

After working as a respected financial advisor for over three decades, Douglas Greenberg, the Pacific Northwest Advisory (PNWA) president in Portland, Oregon, started his company. To help clients secure their personal and corporate investments, Greenberg and PNWA offer highly individualized financial advising services to business owners, executives, and individual investors. These services are connected with thorough growth strategies and coordinated financial investment plans.

To plan for and protect each client's financial future, Mr. Greenberg works with a broad spectrum of experts, including tax attorneys, CPAs (tax preparation, M&A, and business valuation), estate planning attorneys, and investment bankers.

His services include planning for business transitions, investment management, wealth management, and retirement planning. Greenberg stands out in the field as a specialist with demonstrated success in assisting business owners in getting ready to sell their company and helping individuals build and manage their assets thanks to his more than 29 years of experience as a leading financial advisor and recognition by numerous leading financial publications.

Greenberg's Strategy

Doug was able to develop a process that enables a business owner to fully understand the impact of a business sale before assembling a team thanks to his experience growing up and working in a large, family-owned business and his track record of assisting owners of mid-tier companies ($10 million to $150 million) through the sale or transition of their business. To build the focused and committed workforce required to sell or sustain a firm, Douglas Greenberg controls the crucial aspect of "filling in the gaps."

Managing the transition from start to finish enables consistency and familiarity that align with each business owner's objectives. A business owner can use Greenberg's implementation strategy knowing that their replacement revenue is reliable and increasing. With each customer, Greenberg develops a unique solution based on an unbiased assessment of the needs and objectives of the company owner.

As a seasoned financial advisor, Greenberg is also skilled in managing hedge fund portfolios and retirement plans and choosing investment managers. 401(k) plans, significant corporate cash management accounts, the choice of investment advisors, hedge fund portfolios, private equity investments, and fixed-income corporate and municipal bond portfolios have all been managed and subjected to due diligence by Greenberg.

Douglas Greenberg offers individualized investment strategies and financial planning to help clients and their families increase, manage, and safeguard their wealth. His advice is independent, open, and objective, and he consistently prioritizes the needs of his clients.
